Advanced composite high speed machinery debuts in Germany
On behalf of an international client, we have recently completed the design and engineering for a high-speed industrial machine that has just been installed and tested at a manufacturing facility in Germany. The machine's operation necessitated the development of advanced composite structures, able to withstand high dynamic loads and temperatures.

Composite Engineering develops innovative heat shield for high speed industrial machinery
One of the many interesting challenges presented by this project was to develop an integral lightweight heat shield capable of protecting the composite structures for intermittent temperatures of up to 400º Centigrade.
